Philadelphia (CW Philly) — Katee Sackhoff has officially joined the cast of “The Flash” as a recurring villain, EW reports.

Sackhoff, who previously appeared on “Battlestar Galactica,” will play villain Amunet Black, a.k.a Blacksmith, in the DC universe. Blacksmith is a steely boss of an underground black market for supervillains.

The villain uses every means possible, including the long list of metahumans under her thumb, to ensure her illicit enterprise thrives.

The actress will make her debut appear in episode 405, which also serves as a mini-crossover with “Arrow.”
