Philadelphia (CW Philly) — The cast of “Supernatural” is doing their part in helping donate money to the Hurricane Harvey relief effort in Texas.
While Harvey continues to wreak havoc, displacing thousands from their homes, the stars of The CW’s hit series “Supernatural” have gathered together fans of the show to make a to lend a helping a hand.READ MORE: The CW Sets Spring 2021 Premiere Dates
Led by Jensen Ackles, who plays the character Dean Winchester, and his Texas-based Family Business Beer Company, along with Misha Collins Random Acts charity, have launched a fundraising campaign where all proceeds go to those in need in Houston.READ MORE: The CW Gives Early Renewals To 12 Current Series For Next Season
Although the campaign’s original goal was $50,000, it has since been crushed.
As of Wednesday, the “Supernatural” actors’ campaign has exceeded the $225,000 goal and they’ve now pushed the goal up to raising $350,000 which they hope to do by Friday.

Ackles and Collins, along with fellow actors Jared Padalecki, who plays Sam Winchester, Richard Speight Jr., and others from the “Supernatural” family, are continuing to promote the campaign, which will remain open through Friday.
