This dressing is cool and refreshing on any summer salad. Also try it on cucumbers, as a marinade on lamb & chicken, or drizzled on top of grilled salmon.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh dill, chopped roughly
- 6 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream*
- juice of one large lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh-ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 onion, roughly chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves
-Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
*for a thicker dressing, add less cream or more yogurt
