PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — There’s nothing like sitting in front of an open fire with a cup of hot cocoa in hand as you watch a good Christmas movie.  This year, Netflix is your one stop shop for everything Christmas.  Here is a list of Christmas Movies on Netflix that are definitely worth watching this year:

  1. Miracle on 34th Street – In this remake of the holiday classic, Dorey Walker and young daughter Susan befriend a department store Santa Claus who claims he is the real deal.
  2. Christmas with the Kranks – When Luther Krank and his wife opt to skip Christmas — no tree and no rooftop Frosty — can they handle the fallout from their family and neighbors?
  3. Scrooged – A cold-hearted TV exec is about to discover the true meaning of Christmas — the hard way — in this wild, woolly spin on Dicken’s A Christmas Carol.
  4. 12 Dates of Christmas – Set up on a blind date with handsome Miles on Christmas Eve, Kate gets 12 chances to relive the date over and over again until she sets things right.
  5. Love Actually – This ensemble comedy is a charming treatise on romance, telling 10 intertwining London love stories, leading up to a climax on Christmas Eve.
  6. Saving Santa – Bernard, a low-ranking elf, dreams of the big leagues.  When the workshop is revealed, Santa and Christmas are jeopardized.  Can Bernard save them all?
  7.  A Very Murray Christmas – Bill Murray rounds up an all-star cast for an evening of music, mischief and barroom camaraderie in this irreverent twist on holiday variety shows.
  8.  Ernest Saves Christmas – When Santa Claus decides to retire and pass on his magic bag of Christmas surprises to a new St. Nick, a perky teen runaway and hapless taxi driver Ernest P. Worrell must convince a skeptical kids-show host to take over the post as Father Christmas.
  9. The Spirit of Christmas – As Christmas approaches, attorney Kate Jordan travels to Vermont to oversee the sale of an inn, where she falls for a handsome but cursed ghost.
  10. The legend of Frosty the Snowman – The mayor of Evergreen dismisses magic as nonsense, but when Frosty the Snowman blows through town, he shows the local children magic is real.
