The twerk heard ’round the world just keeps on echoing, though finally the now infamous twerkstress Miley Cyrus offers her own thoughts on her twerkstravaganza a few weeks at ago at the MTV VMAs.

“I don’t pay attention to the negative,” Cyrus said in an interview with MTV. “How many times have you seen this play out in pop music?”
