The new CW show “Jane The Virgin” follows Jane Villanueva, a driven young Miami native. Being raised by her mother and grandmother gave Jane a unique perspective on love – and a love for telenovelas. Plus, Jane has decided to “save herself” until she and her fiance Michael are married.

Everything changes when, one day, Jane heads to the doctor for a routine check-up. She’s accidentally artificially inseminated and becomes pregnant. Suddenly, Jane’s life is as dramatic as her beloved telenovelas.
