Criminal charges are expected to be filed Monday against pop-star Justin Bieber.

The actual charge, criminal vandalism, came about after Bieber and friends egged a neighbor’s house earlier this year.

At this point, it’s not clear whether this charge will be a misdemeanor or felony. The egging supposedly caused about $20,000 in damage.
