Philadelphia (CW Philly) — Former “Agent Carter” writer and co-executive producer Andi Bushell is developing a new workplace drama for The CW.

According to Variety, “The She Word,” the title given to the series so far, would follow the story of four driven female assistants who discover they have been victims of gender discrimination at their boys’ club of a company. Going through these hardships, they vow to work together in order to take over the company and workplace by any means necessary.

Bushell will write and executive produce, along with Deborah Spera, The two previously worked together on “Criminal Minds.” CBS Television Studios will also be producing the show.

Along with “Agent Carter,” Bushell wrote for and produced series like “Chicago Fire,” “The Mentalist,” “Alias,” and “Crossing Jordan.”

CW has a stellar lineup coming this fall. “Riverdale,” “Arrow” and “The Flash” are returning and will be accompanied by the launch of new drama series’ “Valor”, “Life Sentence”, DC superhero series “Black Lightning,” and a reboot of the soap opera “Dynasty.”
