Kelly Hu, returns to Starling City as China White, also known as Oliver Queen’s iconic enemy. She is back to help Oliver’s mother, Moira, (Susanna Thompson) with a favor. We hear that favor may or may not include murder. Never a dull moment!

Without wanting to give away too much, Hu said, “Just when you think you know what’s going on, you don’t.” We’re intrigued!
